Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide.

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 15 business days for the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We are happy to help.

Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Otherwise, you will receive partial refund, as we have already started the shipping process.

What happens if I provided the wrong shipping information?
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can re-pack, re-label, and re-ship them; however, you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Your additional cost can amount up to 50% of your order total. Please be careful of the information you provide.

Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item by submitting a ticket through our website https://hookedonsaving.com/pages/contactus or via email at support@hookedonsaving.com.

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges; once an item has been received, it cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria. Items are:

    • Faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival. 
    • Lost in transit.

 Important Notes:

  • Hooked On Saving will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order; otherwise, the package will not be delivered. 
  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must send us an email stating the problem and attach pictures of the item(s) showing the size, tag, and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order. Our team will inspect and verify the pictures before issuing a replacement. 
  • Hooked On Saving reserves the right to refuse replacements or partial refunds if the required criteria are not met. Please note that it may take some time before refunds are officially posted on your bank account or credit card statement.
